Seminar registration terms
We reserve the right to change information on our website. We are not bound by website information until you have registered for a seminar.
When registering for a seminar, you must enter your information correctly and accept these terms by checking the applicable box before submitting your registration.
When you submit your registration request, we will send an email to confirm that we have received your request. This does not mean that you are registered yet!
We will send a separate email to confirm registration if all your information is in order. That confirmation email will constitute a contract between you and us. If we cannot confirm your order, we will send you notice within 24 hours. Any money that you have paid will be refunded if we cannot accept your registration request.
Cancellations: You may cancel your registration for a seminar by giving us notice. However, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation till 3 weeks before the seminar begins: 25% of the seminar duties
- Cancellation till 2 weeks before the seminar begins: 50% of the seminar duties
- Cancellation later than 2 weeks before the seminar begins: 100% of the seminar duties
When registering for a seminar, you will receive an invoice. This invoice is payable in no later than 2 weeks before the seminar referred to the provided payment details
